Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS)

Report suspicious real estate transactions that may involve money laundering or terrorist financing, in line with REAC's Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) obligations under Act 1047.

Submit a Suspicious Activity Report

Real estate practitioners and members of the public can report transactions that appear unusual, inconsistent with a client's known profile, or otherwise raise money-laundering or terrorist-financing concerns. Reports are submitted through REAC's dedicated SARS reporting portal.

See the National AML/CFT/CPF Risk Assessment and Policy for the regulatory framework behind SARS reporting, or use Report Unlicensed Activity if your concern is about an unlicensed practitioner rather than a suspicious transaction.
