Accredited Professional Training Institutions — the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC), under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047), accredits qualified institutions to deliver structured training and continuing professional development (CPD) programs for Brokers, Agents, and Salespersons across Ghana.
Formally accredited as an education partner for the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA). Delivers standardized, REAC-approved curricula for Salespersons, Brokers, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Course durations vary depending on certification level. Prospective applicants are encouraged to review detailed course structures directly from the institution.

Course Modules
The official training and certification subsidiary of the Ghana Association of Real Estate Brokers (GAREB). Mandated to professionalize real estate practice in Ghana through structured training, certification, and induction programs for real estate agents, brokers, and diaspora practitioners.
