Examinations

REAC's broker licensing examination, required of new applicants under Act 1047 unless exempt under the Act's transitional provisions.

A detailed examination schedule, syllabus, and registration process has not yet been published online. Examination fees are listed on the FAQs page under Other Fees.

Under Section 59 of Act 1047, individuals with more than 5 years of proven practice before the law came into effect may qualify for licensing without examination, subject to REAC's approval — see FAQs for details. Accredited institutions offering exam-preparation coursework are listed under Continuing Education & Training Programs.
